The SCARC Foundation's Logo was developed in October 2003, as a symbolic visual of our mission.  The tree symbolizes life, beauty and continuous growth for our individuals with developmental disabilities.  The one leaf on the tree, which is a different color, symbolizes a person with developmental disabilities --- however the other leaves (representing the Sussex County community and our constituents) are surrounding that leaf providing support and stability for its growth.  The SCARC Foundation's corporate name layout:  The R in SCARC touching the O in Foundation symbolizes the unity of SCARC and the Foundation, which represents the lifeline of financial support to SCARC, Inc. and SCARC Guardianship
